It's cheap but it folds nice and is easy to assemble. I like the pin in the middle to collapse it. Quite sturdy but sometimes it walks a bit if you get on and off of it, nothing that risks safety though. Holds my weight and is pretty comfortable.
I feel like it was made for a shorter person - the ankle catches have my butt past the seat when I'm doing sit ups and leg lifts but the bench is flat or angled down so it doesn't really affect my workouts.
Adjustment is very easy and there are ample angles.
Upholstery is difficult to wipe sweat off of. Keep a good cloth around.
Good value for the money. Note: I hate the branding. Such a weird name to have on a bench.
