I bought these to use for meal planning. I wrote all the meals I have cooked and that have been liked by my husband on each stick. I used an old cup to hold them. Each Sunday I draw 6 sticks and those are our are meals for the week. It has made grocery shopping so much easier. They didn't run when I wrote on them (I used a fine print black Sharpie). The only negative I have is the edges on many of them were a little rough. I got a splinter from the first stick I pulled out of its rubber band.

They are thinner that I wanted but that's not the fault of the seller. Even though they're not perfect, they work. I'm mixing epoxy, which is very viscus, and using these as the stir-sticks. They flex a little more than I had wanted but I haven't broken one. I could have given them 5-stars but they aren't perfect for my use. That doesn't mean they're no perfect for someone else.
The price was right, so call it 4-1/2 stars.
