Timothy Gallwey's The Inner Game of Tennis: The Classic Guide to the Mental Side of Peak Performance. With first-hand accounts of being a pro, Melrose gives it to you straight. There is also a great chapter for parents--of which I was looking for--and it focuses on basic rules for parents to follow during tournaments. I wish I had this book before my daughter played her first two years of tournaments--and that's no BS. ;)
