Lucinda Baker Morgan was betrayed and publicly embarrassed by the man she trusted most. A dark eyed knight ran in to catch her before she fell... and she ended up falling for him. But could it be real? Or was she just grateful for the save? Would he stay? Could he handle her healing, and be patient with her anxious heart?

Malachi Hayes met the woman of his dreams when she was getting her heart broken. And all he wanted to do was get her to stay. He'd done what he could to shelter her from the storm, but now he needed her to see that what they had was real. But could she handle a new love? Or would she run away? How could he get her to see that their rebound was just the love they'd both deserved all along?

Yes ma’am!!!!!!!! I have read the entire Royal Series in 2 dang gum days and I want more of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE!!!!! Especially Evie and Jamie!!!! This series was such a delight to read and see black love open and showing vulnerability from the black mans perspective. The Kings in this series were NOT afraid to speak of their feelings and understanding or to say what they needed to feel love and loved up on.

My goodness I am single and definitely can’t wait to experience black love myself. Thank you for your artistry🥰🥰🥰🌺🌸🌺

I knew when I met Luchi and Mal in Until You Come Back that I needed more of them. Shameka gave me way more than I was expecting and I'm grateful.
We pick up right where we left off with these two. Luchi is back and still getting divorced and Mal is right there supporting her through it all.
I'm not sure why but this book was more emotional than I expected. I thought we'd be at the HEA and just experience them loving on each other, and while that's definitely present, Shameka painted a very vivid picture of healing from heartbreak while falling in love at the same time. That's complicated.
Luchi and Mal were getting it in, so much that at one point I was nervous that their physical relationship would overshadow their emotional connection. Thankfully that wasn't the case.
My favorite part of this book was Couples Therapy. Mal was hesitant but his love for Luchi overpowered that. They learned so much about themselves within their relationship and they BOTH put in the work.
To see Luchi being loved and supported out loud by Mal was great but expected. Luchi's love for Mal though, that was special. Once she got over her fear of pushing him away with her emotions she leaned in to being his Pooh. She made a home for him. forced him to rest, became the safe space that he needed. I enjoyed the Malik/Sienna side story as well and I'm definitely looking forward to Tamika's book!

Ms.Erby has done it again! I loved how this author explored Malachi and Lucinda’s fears, feelings, and love. This book was realistic and intriguing. I also loved how Ms. Erby gave insight into two other couples in this book. I highly recommend this book!
