Raoul appears on The DISCOVERY - SCIENCE CHANNEL Network on a YouTube short alongside NASA scientists Tom Barclay and Jodi Davis, discussing Tabby's Star, Dyson Spheres and cosmology research. Raoul's background includes projects for Disney Imagineering, Paramount Television and SONY films. He worked in TV programming distribution and his credits include broadcast television, documentaries, feature films, and award shows. Raoul's ground breaking documentary, "The Changing Face Of Autism" was nominated for the 2009 Voice Award. And his second documentary, "The Walt Disney Concert Hall Organ" aired on PBS affiliate KLCS-TV. Both films were widely distributed.

Raoul is an accomplished screenwriter and producer and publishes in long form and short story formats.     Colorfully written, the characters and creatures that populate REALM OF THE SYLU are a world that sci fi fans will adore and treasure. A breezy, gripping and fun read - this short story has it all, and leaves the reader yearning for more of this wondrous world. And they're in LUCK because this is from the same writer and world as the excellent Next To The Gods series. I love all of Mongilardi’s writings. These are characters and moods that inspire me. Virginia Woolf meets Herbert, but utterly original
