This Book Can Help Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
As an antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist (where relationships mean everything) I was excited to get my hands on this book. So far my impression is the vibe is spot on for what we need in our lives and the content here looks dynamic and user friendly. I plan to “integreat” this into my life and provide a copy to my resident each year. Kudos to the team for making this tool available, I know it can be helpful for a lot of teachers and learners out there. I would encourage others to give it a chance.

    This book guides you through key elements to create, develop, and strengthen teams. It's an easy read that's also filled with examples to help the reader understand key concepts and implement them in real life. I would highly recommend this book to any healthcare worker (or a member of any team), especially for learners and when entering a new team! This would also be a great exercise for a group retreat.

    As a student of the authors, I can definitely see how they put their actions into words. From seeing what they teach in and out of the classroom is a true to testament to what they believe in. This would be a great exercise for any team!
