I loved 1 and 2 with great bluray. I couldn't play 3 as Cyberlink wanted an update and then wouldn't play the disc with the update so assume Cyberlink wants a newer version s/w. I loaded 3 on my pc and anyway, didn't enjoy 3 as much as the other 2. Danzel wasn't in 3 as much.

Denzel using his 'skills' to take care of the little guy! All films are well written with fantastic characters and cinematography. Full of action, extremely violent, but not overly gory. The first Equalizer ranks #1 in my opinion. I will never look at a shot glass the same.
The DVDs (one for each movie) come in a single case; secured in a single stack. The case and dvds are good quality. Great price - especially considering the last is recently released.

See the review title. What more do you need? Seriously though, all three movies are excellent. The second one might be the weakest in a way, but it's still great. Denzel makes for a great action star. But then I'm biased in that I think he's great in everything he's in. In this series he does a fantastic job of playing a man trying to be a good man, but with a monster of sorts lurking inside. When he lets that monster out to do bad things to bad people, it makes for glorious action sequences. Antoine Fuqua also has a great eye for directing action films. His work on these movies is every bit as great as he did on Training Day, Olympus Has Fallen and The Magnificent Seven amongst others. He keeps his action sequences tight and well choreographed. I also found the dialogue and plotting in all three of these movies to be very well done. Very little "drag" in any of them. If you are a fan of action movies, Denzel Washington or Antoine Fuqua, and haven't seen these, treat yourself. You won't be disappointed.
