    Updated Review: Kohree, the manufacturer of the product, reached out to me via Amazon messaging, after sharing my experience and offered to send a replacement just as I had submitted an Amazon return request. I allowed them to send another unit and the new plug worked exactly as intended! I'm literally a happy camper. Always nice to see customer service like this!The plug I received would not work on my 2020 Coachmen Apex 265RBSS... Very disappointed as there was no reason it shouldn't have. I believe the product is defective. The plug cannot fully seat, so the connection inside the plug must be too tight or improperly constructed. Also, the threaded collar on the plug cannot reach the threads on my trailer, and I have pushed so hard I fear of damaging my camper inlet. The threaded coupler also has a gap and doesn't fit exactly right on the plug making it feel poorly constructed and vulnerable to breaking. I noticed this one has a yellow 30amp cord while the other reviews have the black cord.... Maybe they outsourced production and the product quality isn't the same? Disappointing either way.

    Bottom line, it does function perfectly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the fit to the trailer isn't 100% perfect. It takes a little extra effort to get it into proper position unlike the standard cable. But once in place and tightened down it stays in place and provides constant power.
    I'd buy it again, just a little heads up on the fit.
