My name is Dr. Amanda P. Cartwright. I am also known as 'The Weed Doc'. I am a naturopathic physician, trained in diagnosing and treating patients in natural means. One of those ways to treat is through herbs. Since the start of the FDA regulating medications in 1965 for profit, herbal medicine has dwindled to almost nothing. Herbs are medicine that have been around since the beginning of time and used medicinally for hundreds of years. I treat the whole body with herbs, not just symptoms, so that the patient can have the best overall health.
On top of being a naturopathic physician, I am also a homesteader. In 2020, my eyes were opened with the 'plandemic'. I began becoming self sufficient and not relying on anyone else for electric, water, food, etc. I live off the land and animals through year round gardening, the products livestock animals give, and having my own pharmacy in my yard where I grow my own medicine. It is hard work, however it is all well worth it with the way the world is headed currently.
As if this wasn't enough, I am also an author and event speaker. Because of my herbal knowledge, I have been able to apply herbal medicine to my animals for their overall health. I have written several books on treating animals with herbs, with more being published soon, along with my 'Boost Your Lazy Immune System' and 'Survival Herbs For Beginners'. I speak about using herbs medicinally for humans and animals and other herbal topics at homesteading and prepping venues across the United States.
If you haven't learned about herbal medicine, I highly encourage you to do so. It is so important to have this knowledge for yourself, your family members, and your animals! If nothing else, it could be knowledge you could barter in the future.
