How to Use?

  1. Unfold the sauna blanket and connect its two wires with the output of the host.
  2. Lie in the blanket, turn on the switch.
  3. Select the time option and set working time of the machine.
  4. Press the set key, when temperature 1 flashes, press the up and down keys to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 1. Once the machine is set, the value can be automatically saved.
  5. Press the set button again, when the temperature 2 flashes, press the up and down buttons to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 2. The value can be automatically saved after setting the machine.
  6. After setting the working time and output temperature, please press the "S / P" button to start the machine.
  7. After use, please turn off the machine and cut off the power supply.
  8. Clean the blanket and put it in a dry place.

Tips:

  • Turn on the sauna blanket machine, preheating for 5 minutes. (The blanket can be laid flat during the preheating process.) During physical therapy process, the temperature is usually 60°. If you feel cold, you can adjust the temperature appropriately and steam for 45-60 minutes.
  • When using, it is recommended to wear thin cotton pajamas or bath bags, put towels down to absorb sweat, then perform detox SPA body care.
  • During the drainage process, you can add more water. Do not take a shower, catch cold or drink cold drinks within two hours before using Reminder: Rainy days, the humidity is heavy, so use less.
  • Recommended to use in the morning, drink more water in the morning, and drink as little water as possible from afternoon to evening. First remove dampness, acid and toxin, then apply sweating cream or essential oil, steam for 45-60 minutes.
  • Use your favorite essential oil for aromatherapy. Steam for 45-60 minutes.

THIS COMPANY GAVE ME A COMPLETE REFUND, NO QUESTIONS AFTER THIS HAPPENED! I DIDN'T EVEN ASK THEM TO DO THAT. THEY SAW MY REVIEW AND CONTACTED ME! I loved this sauna blanket but the last time I used it there was a horrible chemical smell. This is the result. I purchased this in January but did not use it for 3 months due to some health issues. I only used it for about six months when this happened. Very disappointed. To top that off the odor from plastic/chemicals burning now in my bedroom.

This sauna fits the bill for comfort, design, and heating with a couple of caveats. Warm it first. It takes a minute to get the temp up to begin sweating. It comes with a lot of plastic bags which are basically useless. They come apart easily so just sauna with your clothes on. You cannot see the temp and time controls when lying down (which you must do), so prop the control box up on a book or something before settling in. The remote doesn't come with a battery, so don't expect first day use unless you happen to have a wafer battery on hand. Otherwise, this is a sound product choice.
