I bought this foot rest when I bought a new seat cushion because I knew it would make me too tall since I'm only 5'2". It's got adjustable height, which is nice, but honestly, changing the height can be tricky. You have to kind of fiddle with it until you get it just right. Once you do, though, it works pretty well.
The memory foam is comfortable, but it’s a bit firmer than I expected. It’s not super squishy, but it does the job and gives you a good amount of support. I also like that there are three different sides with different textures you can switch out.
The best part is how it helps with my posture. It definitely encourages me to sit more ergonomically, which is a huge plus, especially with long hours at a desk. I can feel a difference in my back, so it’s been a good purchase overall.
It’s not perfect, but for the price and the features, it’s a solid foot rest.
