Apple Pie Mimosa

Makes one drink

Get into the holiday spirit with this bubbly beverage. With its pie-like flavors of cinnamon and apple, this drink is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

How to Make:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Coat the rim of a champagne flute with some cinnamon syrup and dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture, rotating to coat fully.

To the prepared champagne flute, add the cinnamon syrup and apple cider. Stir to combine and serve.

Ingredients & Tools

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ oz [15 ml] Cinnamon Syrup, plus more for the rim
  • 4 oz [120 ml] sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • Jigger
  • Shallow bowl
