I was blown away by the price of this Frebreze plug in starter kit. For only $10 I got the plug and two refills. Each refill is big, and I have the plug set to minimum because it smells plenty strong. My whole bedroom smells clean and fresh. My only criticism is the instructions are vague. I wasn’t sure if the caps come off the refills or which direction the whole thing goes once in the wall. I had to look that up. But that might be a me problem. Overall a wonderful product!

Nice smell, easy to use. It was hard to open the two lids, they were very tightly closed. I guess that's good for shipping, not so good for my fingers. I switched from Airwick because my family couldn't agree on the scent of any of those. And they weren't very strong either. Scent is a kind of neutrality. If there's a bad smell, there can be avoidance, which makes the mess worse. But if the smell is covered, cleanup is less unpleasant and more likely faster. Well that's my experience anyway. My mom kept a magically clean house without any bad smells ever, but I can't claim to be that good.

When I plugged it in, a light turned on and then went off. I had to read the instructions to find out it's the indicator for when the plug in thinks it's running out of scented oil.
