These are light years away from the standard iron supplements that cause stomach cramping and black stool. My stomach does not have any issues taking this iron and after two months, I'm seeing an increase in energy overall and much less bleeding with menstruation. I take them every other day, in the evenings and try to eat food high in vitamin C to help absorbtion.The capsule size is a little large (shown next to gel capsule ibuprofen for comparison) that I'd think some people may find issue with it, but the shape makes it slide down easy enough if you're used to large capsules. They also smell slightly weird but it's not off putting.

    I have been taking this supplement on and off for the last year. Most recently, I’ve been taking it on a routine basis and I definitely notice a huge difference. My hair is falling out less and less! My ferritin was 9 when I started out. I was severely iron deficient and likely still am. I am only taking 1 per day, but agree with the reviews on here that state it is VERY gentle on the stomach. I can take it with or without food and I notice zero adverse effects. I am planning to increase my dosage to at least 2 a day. This is absolutely worth it!!

    I love this iron supplement that was highly recommended by my midwife. Unlike my prenatal supplement, this is easy on my stomach, which I greatly appreciate! After my pregnancy and postpartum/breastfeeding journey, I found out my iron levels were low (even though I’m a very health-conscious person). I’m focused on my diet first to improve my iron levels, but this supplement gives me peace of mind that I’m boosting my levels in the ways that I need. I’m once again pregnant, and I’m continuing to take this supplement. My levels haven’t been retested since starting Iron Repair, but I’m optimistic for their improvement!

    As a bariatric surgery (Sadi-S) patient, I have to be very diligent about my vitamins. My iron levels have been great since I switched to heme iron about a year ago. I love that I don't have the same restrictions taking this type of iron as I do with the "normal" iron most people take. All my iron related labwork is great. I take two of these a day (I can't remember if that's 1 serving or if I double it up - because of my surgery, I take very high amounts of vitamins, so follow the instructions on serving sizes or consult with your doctor).

    My only complaint is this brand is frequently out of stock, so I ended up keeping a few extra bottles of it on hand at all times.

    I bought this on the suggestion of the Facebook group and the "iron protocol". I wasnt able to purchase it when I started, but I bought a bottle after finishing off a different iron pill.

    My stomach got used to the heme iron supplement I had been on for months, and I was happy to see this in stock. It has given me the absolute WORST stomach aches and an awful taste in my mouth. Quite like plant based irons do. I've read that this company has been sued for false claims of no heme in this iron and I wouldn't doubt it. I highly suggest against this product, as it is non refundable should you have issues. It's a gamble I would suggest to anyone.
