Your Unstoppable Greatness is the "Green Book" to master the career journey challenges of these times. Imposter syndrome is our modern-day endemic that in the words of James Baldwin impacts those of us who are systematically, "marginalized." This is the book you carry with you throughout your career. YUG is the guide and ride full of sharp wit, heartfelt wisdom, real-world exercises and innovative strategies that "honors your greatness and dreams." I will be purchasing copies for my loved ones. Buckle up! -- Allen McFarlane, Assistant Vice President for Outreach & Engagement, NYU
Applause for Drs. Lisa and Richard Orbe-Austin’s latest work, Your Unstoppable Greatness: Break Free from Imposter Syndrome, Cultivate Your Agency, and Achieve Your Ultimate Career Goals! The volume is a very readable treasure trove of wisdom which guides the reader in applying psychological truth – taken from the authors’ professional practice and expertise – to address stumbling blocks to career success. Unlike many volumes which do not offer the “how to” in achieving the reader's goals, Your Unstoppable Greatness acts as both commentary and a workbook that uses practical techniques and tools – case studies, reflection exercises, and a wide range of helpful tips and key takeaways – to assist the reader in understanding Imposter Syndrome’s impact and the workplace dynamics that trigger it. Your Unstoppable Greatness is the right resource at the right time (now!) when so many are searching for the keys to personal and professional satisfaction. It will help you to recognize and address the beliefs and behaviors that may be blocking the success that you desire and deserve – add it to your library today! -- Dr. Corlisse Thomas, Senior Vice Chancellor at Rutgers University

Your future at work will thank you for making time to digest and do the exercises included in this dynamic, interactive book. Mine has!
In Your Unstoppable Greatness, they help you take your learning and empowerment a step further with actionable, research-based exercises to help you show up as your most powerful self in your career. This is perfect because let’s be honest, the workplace and our careers are the place where we’re most likely to feel comparisonitis, perfectionism, burnout, and imposter syndrome — especially if you’re in a toxic work environment. Thankfully, they cover all of that in this book. I love the section about redefining leadership, and how to show up as your best self once you get into a role of leadership.
Also, as someone who wrote a book about adult friendship and regularly speaks about workplace belonging, I was completely over the moon for the section about belonging and forming healthy bonds in the workplace. Career success is absolutely tied to the social health of your workplace and closeness of your professional relationships. If you’ve ever struggled with vulnerability in the workplace, found yourself thinking about the sting of a negative interaction for days on end, or want to learn more about psychological safety and how to increase it — you’re definitely going to want to head straight to Chapter 8. Get this book. In fact, get it for yourself and everyone on your team. You’ll be glad you did.
