I put it together with superglue because I was in a hurry to replace my previous one and it is still working, more than 2 months later. The company quickly offered me replacement and refund and I was positively impressed with their customer service. I chose not to replace the item because I had already superglued the piece of plastic on the cover that broke and it is still working fine (that piece is just cosmetic/finishing). Wipers work fine and easy to install.
