Great product. However, I wanted powder because I found a whole chia seed lodged under my gums, it was irritated for a week before I dug it out! This product is not powder. Maybe 5% by weight are whole seeds that made it through unground.

I’ve been eating a lot of oatmeal recently, and I’ve been adding the Chia powder to my oatmeal which has been amazing. It makes it kind of has this sickness. It’s not too oh really if that makes any sense anyways, it is awesome doesn’t taste like anything there’s not any seeds in there it really really is a great addition. Did you do smoothies or my oatmeal obviously I think about even adding it to pudding. I will definitely check it out here looking at this page is probably the best stupider than I come across so far.

I am on keto, and anyone knows that on keto you can get, let's just say, blocked. Tried multiple things and nothing was working. (Was I ever gonna go again? LOL) Heard about chia seeds and them being a great way to unblock the block. They called for chia seeds, and because I don't eat seeds (diverticulitis), I saw these and that it was a powder. Ah-ha! This would work. I put 1 tbsp in a glass of water or juice, tried to stir it as best I could. (It does NOT dissolve) And I gulped it down. Did this 2 days in a row and viola, success!! So now I have been taking a tbsp a few times a week and I don't have any more issues with.....ya know, blocks.

While the product mixed well in my protein smoothies I was disappointed to see that I came up a full 4 servings short. And considering a serving is 2 tablespoons, that's a lot of product missing. I measure ahead into servings to speed up my morning routine and even put it all back in the bag and redone my prep with a different measuring spoon to double check.
