Natalie Luke holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, and Biophysics from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. She has transitioned her career several times, starting as a high school science teacher before climbing several rungs of the career ladder to become Vice President of a STEM company. Natalie's bold career transitions wouldn't have happened without using her mom's formula of career success, as illustrated in her debut book, UnCeiling Your Career — At Any Age. Natalie has immortalized her mother’s recipe in this book to help women worldwide gain confidence in themselves, develop their leadership skills, and provide a framework to create the life of their dreams.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2022I can relate to Natalie as I worked in a predominantly male dominated industry. There was a steep learning curve to even be accepted into the workforce. This book was very insightful to all women hungry for a long, fulfilling career. Career-minded women have always had to impress, be diligent, over-prepared, and highly knowledgeable in order to be accepted by their male counterparts and better than their male counterparts to even be noticed and considered for a promotion or a different position. This book has enlightened me to stick together with my female peers, increase networking to be noticed, efficient, and competent in our work, and ease the way into the future for women, especially in the fields of science and technology.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2022Natalie Luke wonderfully narrates a career story of overcoming hurdles and broadening a vision that many women face In the male dominant corporate workplace. There is something more though:
It is easy to miss this subtlety - how her natural ambition was nurtured by a loving relationship and her own mother’s life story. I truly loved the tri-generational differences and how the author took the best to navigate through her challenges. Great Job, and kudos to the author.

She became a physician in her early 30s, during an era when women were not even supposed to drive! In reflecting on her mother’s accomplishments, Natalie has mapped out her mom’s secret sauce for transforming her life, her family's future, and ours as well." Mary Ceccanese, Author of "YOU Can Create Positive Change at Work!"
