This is an excellent, well written, and plain english book that dived into the process of contracting with the federal government for engineering services or construction. It succinctly lays out the different phases of the process and gives easily understandable solutions to success, and areas be aware of. I recommend you read this book before you tackle the mountains of government documentation required to enter into a contract with a US agency or department.

Full disclosure: I received no compensation for this endorsement or any previous assistance. I did have the opportunity to review and advise David during the final stages of writing this book and enjoyed working with him.
