It works... It got service after 24 hours
Final verdict: Poor coverage prevents this cute toy device to actually perform as intended. Probably if they update it's hardware to get 3/4G it will be working adequately but relying on 2G makes it unusable for the most part.Update: out of nowhere it started working... whattttttt? 😂 I believe it was T-mobile's fault now.Cute little device/toy that simply doesn't work. Called T-Mobile gave them the phone's IMEI and their answer was that the device is not unlocked for T-mobile's network. Either that's true or maybe the device is simply incompatible with their network. I wanted it to work badly. It's sooooo slim and elegant.

They leave finding a service that still supports 2g as an exercise to the user. I tried tello since someone said it worked, but 3 days later no activation (and he says his is acting strangely now also)

The little tab breaks off fast where you insert the sim card but it is a great phone for kids that do not need to be on the internet or in my case a kid that needed to be able to have a way to call but was grounded from the internet....

Device did not work out of the sealed box. Followed all instructions to the letter. The failure is the rechargible battery. I tested it after opening the device. The battery will not charge, it is defective. This company is selling off obsolete damaged product. You would have more fun just lighting your money on fire and watching it burn.

It’s not what the picture makes it seem like. It’s more like a Bluetooth ear phone piece.

Did not power on without keeping the charger plugged in.

    Worth less than 1 star
