I find this really helps me stay asleep all night. If I do wake up I can take it again and will fall asleep instead of being awake for 2 hours. I do not feel drowsy in the morning. I do take it twice before bedtime over an hour. With some remedies if you use it too often it will stop working. I do not yet know if that will happen but so far I am thrilled to find something that helps without the drugged effect or headache in the morning.

I didn't read the description carefully. Totally my fault, but I had unwrapped them so couldn't return them. I really don't like glycerine, so it was a waste for me, but the sleep formula spray is incredibly effective. Saves me when I've woken up during the night and can't go back to sleep.
