Each machine includes a complimentary welcome set with a range of Nespresso Vertuo capsules with unique aroma profiles. The Nespresso VertuoPlus Coffee and Espresso Machine features dual capsules for brewing either espresso or coffee with Centrifusion technology. The VertuoPlus conveniently makes 5 oz and 7.77 o Coffee as well as single and double Espresso shots. Additional features include: 40 oz. removable water tank, automatic capsule ejection holds up to 10 used capsules. Heats up in 20-25 seconds.

We have a nespresso at work which prompted me to buy one. It makes whole cups of coffee and espresso shots. The quality of the coffee is amazing. So easy to use as the machine reads the bar codes so no having to change settings just a simple lifting of the pod chamber. Looks and tastes better than overpriced coffee shops. If you order the pots directly from nespresso you can ask for pre payed envelopes to send the pods back for recycling. The prices are usually cheaper than a secondhand seller too.

sometimes takes several attempts to put it back in place......My daughter is unable
to accomplish this task....not fun. Update-This company has the most amazing customer service! They are professional, lightening fast and beyond accommodating. They sent a custom return box to me within 3, I packed up the unit and sent it back. They email you every step of the way, box sent, unit received, tech is working on it, unit cannot be repaired, new one arrived 3 days later!! New unit is perfect!!

I'm not someone who likes over-automated appliances, so I was skeptical of this unit. It has a different formula for volume and intensity of the shot based on a barcode it reads on the rim of the pods. I was attracted to this model because I need a double shot, and many machines only do single shots. To do a double, I just use pods that have the right barcode for doubles.

In comparison to the older machine, this one pulls better shots. Intead of just puncturing the front and pushing the water through the back of the pod, this one puts smaller holes all around the edges and one big hole in the middle, causing a more even shot to get pulled. I feel like the expresso is getting thoroughly saturated.

The crema level is twice as good as my older machine. The taste is great.

I like clearing out the lines before I use the machine each day, and I was worried that would be difficult with this machine, but I realized you can initiate a cleaning cycle by pushing the main button 3x, then push it again 3x when you want to stop it, so I just do a short cleaning cycle each day before putting my pod in.

I fill my own pods, which is easy and satisfying. I'm using throwaways from the samples that came with the machine along with a Nessus Capsule Kit and stickers and my favorite dark roast decaf espresso beans.

All in all, great machine!

I'm not your typical coffee drinker...not a snob about having to have a certain kind or flavor, I don't buy coffee every day and I honestly don't even have a coffee maker on my counter. BUT...I love a good cup of coffee and can certainly taste the difference.
I had a couple different Nespresso pods at my friend's house a while back and it was great, but I never got my own. After doing some research, I decided to go with a Vertuo machine and ultimately with the Vertuo Plus. I like the flexibility of the water tank as it can swivel from one side to the other and the reviews all said this was a great one to get. I scored this with the frother on sale, but wasn't sure what pods I should get. I was delightfully surprised with I found this setup came with a sampler pack of pods!!
I've used it a couple weeks now and it does NOT disappoint! I quickly learned which my favorite pods were thanks to the sampler pack.
I brew one cup before I head to work (and mix in my steamed/frothed milk!) and sip on it on my commute. I wasn't sure I'd ever use the frother, but it is a game changer!! SO SO GOOD!
On weekends, I have 2-3 cups.
One concern is the cost of the pods. Today I received the pod refiller setup and a can of good espresso and tried that. That will be a separate review, but I can say that it's really good and works great!
Buy with confidence and enjoy the deliciousness that it produces!

I bought this as a Christmas present. The machine was only used starting in January and was broken by the first week of February. The machine is leaking a giant puddles of coffee. Tried troubleshooting it with Nespreso and nothing worked. Can't return it through Amazon and Nespreso won't exchange it either.

 Nespresso machine makes great coffee. Worked great for a couple of months and the day after I was able to return due to coffee leaking at back of unit when brewing coffee. Amazon amazing customer service accepted my request for a return. So impressed with Amazon. I do however really like the Nespresso VerteoPlus machine. I ordered another however I added the 4 year warranty. Hopefully I don’t have to use the warranty.

UPDATE: After using the new VetroPlus for 10 months now... no issues at all.
