1/2" SS Ball Valve with US plug, Full Port

This valve comes in stainless steel. It is 1/2" in diameter, and is full port. This means the diameter of the opening in the ball is a full 1/2". If you are using this for a system where pressure is important, or with mixed materials, where restrictions on flow can lead to the separating of the material, a full-bore ball valve is your best option. These valves are not intended for situations where fast action closing or opening is needed, as they do take a few seconds to fully open and close.

How to Install the Motorized Ball Valve?

This motorized ball valve features standard NPT threading, commonly used in U.S. piping. Apply pipe thread tape tightly to the male pipe end to facilitate a secure connection. Screw tightly into the valve to maintain a leak-free connection throughout its lifespan.

  • The motor's housing is rated at IP65 for ingress protection. If permanently installed outdoors, it is recommended to place it under a shelter or in a protective box to prevent prolonged exposure to rain. For more details, please refer to Picture 1.

  • In a N.C. valve, it's closed without power and opens when energized. Conversely, in a N.O. valve, it's open without power and closes when energized, blocking fluid or gas flow. For more details, please refer to Picture 2.

  • In a full port valve, the internal diameter of the valve is the same as the pipe it's connected to. In a standard port valve, the internal diameter of the valve is smaller than the pipe size. For more details, please refer to Picture 3.

  • YES. The motorized ball valve is made of lead-free stainless steel and is NSF certified.

    Installed this valve on my Sulfer Water aerator, which cured the problem.. It came with a sprinkler valve made for sprinkler systems. It did not do well. When shut off it leaked causing the tank to overflow shutting off water supply.
