About Spicewalla:
We are a company founded by chefs on a mission to bring better spices to kitchens and counter tops. Spices are produce that come from living plants and deserve great care. We order whole spices in small quantities to avoid them sitting on shelves going stale, and we go to work every day in our small factory in Asheville, NC roasting, grinding, and packing fresh spices by hand to order to ensure freshness and lasting flavour.
Chai Masala
Unlike a certain place that rhymes with "Farhucks," we're not in the business of making chai that tastes like potpourri. We think chai should taste like it does on the streets of India: heavier on the ginger and cardamom, lighter on the cinnamon. Usage instructions: Make a cup of black tea as you like (we enjoy generous dollops of cream and sugar) and add our chai masala to your desired strength. But, also, try it mixed into pastries like cookies and muffins. It's versatile and delicious.

Love this stuff!
I originally had chai masala when I was visiting India. When I returned to the states, I brought the spices back with me to add to my black tea. Then one day I ran out. This has been the most amazing find when I get close to running out I buy a new one this new container has the cute little slotted, shaky top, which is great to shake it into my tea. I also add a little bit of almond milk or coconut milk. What a rich spicy reminder to transport me right back to another place in time many tries, have lots of sweeteners and artificial things. This one has nothing but spices you won’t be disappointed.
