I am very impressed with both the product and the exceptional customer service from profitness. These knee sleeves have been a game-changer for my workouts.

I was amazed by the customer service. Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the neoprene on one of the knee sleeves unexpectedly ripped. I was about to order another pair but decided to contact pro fitness through their email to inquire about a possible replacement. To my surprise, their response was prompt and incredibly helpful. not to mention the amazing customer service I experienced.

The customer rep replied to my email offering an apology for the inconvenience and immediately offered to send me a brand new pair of knee sleeves, free of charge! They expressed genuine concern and ensured that I was satisfied with the resolution even though i did not sign up for the life time warranty when i purchased the knee sleeves. The customer service is impeccable.

Edit 2/14/24: The seller reached out wanting to help remedy my dismay and offered for me to return no questions asked, or to send me the size smaller. I opted for giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying the next smaller size. Well, it looks like my old sleeves size didn't exactly correlate to these. Maybe I'm in between sizes. I was able to test them out today doing various types of squats, and lunges and I am happy to report these definitely exceed my expectations, especially at half the cost of my old ones. I purchased these because I thought I had lost my old pair, found them this week, and honestly I'll keep rocking these until they fall apart.

Previous: I haven’t taken the time to measure the thickness of these to make sure they actually are 7mm but compared to a few other 7mm sleeves, these are by far the least supportive.
Best way to describe them is the have less rebound, and stretch easier than any other pair I’ve owned.
They are the correct fit, so it’s not that they are oversized or I got the wrong size. Just less force trying to return them to their elongated shape.
Unfortunately to find this out I had to wear them for a session and I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning them.
Guess I have a backup set now.

I did the sizing per the instructions and they fit fine but a prefer a tighter fit for squat. Emailed them, as the included directions requested, and they shipped me out a size large. Very good company to deal with.
