I thought this book was a very good introduction to coaching and aromatherapy. I knew a little about coaching, and even less about aromatherapy and was skeptical about how the two related. Thought the authors did a good job of bringing the two together. It was very well written and covered a lot of ground in forty pages. Made me want to pursue both topics more.
