We needed mini pans to make pumpkin tartlets (instead of pie) & we’re glad to find this set. Not only are they cute, but also they work perfectly & are very easy to clean. They’re nonstick all over, so the tartlets come out easily, & even if you spill filling on the sides or bottom, it comes right off with a wipe. One note: the removable bottoms are big enough to plug up a standard sink drain if you drop them into your sink, so make sure to pick them up before the sink fills with water. Any mini-tartlet pan bottoms would do this because of their size.
