Product Description

PACKAGE LIST

1 Pack Brass 1/4" x 3/4" Male Winterize Blowout Adapter

An easy and convenient anti-freezing winterizing way,by blowing out water from the water lines/plumbing, significantly reduce applications of antifreeze.

Operation:
1. Connect the adapter's female side to water lines, insert the quick plug to air compressor' quick female coupler.
2. Turn on the air compressor and regulate air pressure to 45-55psi according to manufacturer's suggestions. For safety, don't exceed 85 psi.
3. Turn on the air outlet valve on the air compressor, rotate around ball valve's stem to open/close and modulate the air flow velocity to blow out the water from the water lines. All these can be operated by one person.
4. After blowing out all water, turn off ball valve&air compressor and disconnect the air line, unscrew the adapter from water lines system.

Exactly what I needed to blow the water out of my sprinkler system.

Exactly what I needed to blow the water out of my sprinkler system.
Makes blowing water out the sprinkler system with an air compressor easy. The on/off valve allows you to connect to fully charged air compressor, and then dump the air into the system quickly. I did not need the Teflon tape, but it’s nice they included.

Super simple. Fill my compressor with air, put this adapter on the topmost tap and open the bottommost valve on the property and let the compressor push out all the water. No frozen or damaged sprinkler pipes for winter.

I liked that this is small but sturdy. Had to assemble with supplied Teflon tape. Blew the water lines on my camper for winterization. Worked fine

Great product to own and I already used mine the day I got it. It works great for pressure washers and garden hoses to prevent freeze damage. The only thing I disliked is that none of the threads had Teflon tape to help seal it, but I did that myself when I got it. Not a big deal.

Didn't get teflon tape or the gasket shown in the photo, but didn't need them. Used this a couple times. I can winterize my camper in 15 minutes if I work slowly. The valve is handy so you can adjust air pressure before turning it on to the camper.

Quick to install and appreciated the ball valve shut-off feature.

Works great. Handle is cheap but otherwise does the job.

Prior to winter I always blow out my water/garden hoses. I would just use "blowgun" and stick the end in the hose with a towel wrapped around it. This works greats, since you can control how much air you use to push the water out of the hose.
