This short book has been touted as a modern version of Thomas Paine's "Common Sense". In my view it is not that. It is a broad compilation of all the Republican Party and/or right wing talking points about the misdeeds of the Democrats and/or their left wing supporters over the past 20 years, and focuses primarily on the government overreach by the Biden administration, the Clinton campaign to attack and discredit Trump during the 2016 election cycle, and the deleterious effects of the "hope and change" campaign of Obama administration before that.
The author cites many statistics to support his arguments, which aids his analysis, as does his voluminous citations of recent media. He engages in many a "if the shoe were on the other foot" arguments to highlight the inequities in current politics. His analyses are broadly scoped and touch on historical examples of Democrat Party foul dealings in the past back to the Civil War, the Jim Crow era, and Democrat presidents since WW2. His analyses are not, however, very deep, which requires the reader to assume the deeper ramifications from his examples.
This book is a handy reference for Republicans and their co-belligerents to argue points against Democrats in the coming election, but will likely change few minds among Independents and all such voters who are happy to have others do their thinking - and voting - for them. This book becomes of limited value after October 2024, except as a "I told you so" sentiment. 3 1/2 stars.

This book is POWERFUL. It reminded me a bit of what it must have been like to read Thomas Paine's Common Sense during the American Revolution. That pamphlet spread like wildfire and convinced the American colonists of the important of supporting American independence. This book captures the same passion and urgency and makes the powerful case to re-elect Trump in 2024. The author addresses pretty much every argument that's ever been made against Trump and I found myself energized and motivated to save the country in 2024. The stakes are that high and Drew doesn't mince words. Everyone should read this.
