Report
This book is exactly what people need to read in their recovery from PPD.. It is matter of fact and quick to offer comfort to those that desperately seek it. It is empowering and puts the person and not their struggle in charge. Puts months of potential research in one place. Love the inspirational quotes and laughing at the funny parts..very well written!!

If you are having any postpartum difficulties this book is very comforting! I read it and felt like she understood almost exactly what I am going through. I really, really appreciate this book! It makes me feel so much less alone. It's so good to hear some else's story.
