About the author

Carmen Falcone is a USA Today Bestselling Author who loves writing addictive romance where the scorching chemistry between the couple leaps off the pages, and their relationship is the main course. Her heroines are usually quirky and relatable, with just a touch of snark. And her heroes are impossibly hot, oftentimes stubborn and bossy, but always—always— swoon worthy.
A Brazilian born and bred, she now lives in Texas with her husband, kids and dogs.
When she’s not writing fun stories filled with passion and excitement, she’s skydiving—okay, not true, but she wanted to sound cool. Worth a try, right?
She loves to connect and interact with her readers.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 20185 STARS FOR THIS HOT AND SWEET STORY!! Loved this hot and sweet novella. The story is well written and fantastic storyline with all the feels. Zaine and Monique have so much chemistry together and they will they heat your kindle up. Carmen Falcone is a master at writing juicy hot novellas that keep you flipping pages. Looking for quick and hot, here you go.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2019I knew Good Girls Like It Dirty was going to singe my eyelashes with its hotness but I dove in anyway. Ms Falcone doesn't disappoint with a heartfelt tale filled with naughtiness and heat. Keep a fan handy, ladies.
After reading Good Girl Gone Bad and knowing how much it sizzled, I was excited for this installment into the series. I was hoping for Nico's story but Zaine was just as delicious so I'm happy to be patient about Nico.
I loved Zaine. He finds himself in a difficult situation with his ex-wife having left him not long ago. More on the ex later. What he doesn't expect is having set aside his attraction to his French housemaid and finding her pleasuring herself on his bed and calling out his name. I loved that Zaine was a man who knew what he wanted out of a relationship - stability, love, a family, and he wasn't willing to compromise on that. But in the meantime, there was Monique ... And I loved that he felt so deeply for Monique that when the inevitable black moment was upon them, he shed a few tears. His emotional state touched my mushy little heart.
Monique was such a unique heroine. She was incredibly confident. She knew who she was, what she wanted out of life and she had the strength to stand up for herself in the face of adversity. Even though she comes from a humble background and feels like an outsider most of the time, she does not let that hold her down, nor does she allow the attitudes and opinions of shallow, uppity people to affect her. They might dent her armour a little now and then, but it never pierces her heart.
When Zaine's ex-wife barges back into his life with her manipulation, her lies, and her condescending attitude, causing a rift between Zaine and Monique, my heart broke for them. I knew it was going to happen, I was it from miles away that Ashley was a Grade A bitch, but it still moved me and angered me.
And holy cow! When Zaine and Monique made up, when Zaine went after Monique, that grand gesture of his. Wow! I didn't think it was necessary but wow! Ms Falcone never really comes out and mentions Zaine's wealth in definite terms, but he drives a fancy car and lives in a very nice house. But what he did? Geez, you've got to have a lot of money to be able to afford that and not blink at the expense. I had to ask my Steve to calculate the cost of it so my mind could boggle even more. And after doing his little bit of math, Steve scoffed at my romance hero and rolled his eyes. Romance heroes! You gotta love them!
The only small quibble I have with this book was the fact that the sex scenes seemed somewhat truncated and I could never quite tell when they ended? Are they done? Did they orgasm? Whoa! They had sex? They're done? Why are they getting out of the car? Goodness knows I love a good orgasm, so please, Ms Falcone, give me definite orgasms. Some of the endings of the sex scenes felt a bit rushed which makes me sad because I love a good sex scene.
Well done on another sexy, sexy book, Ms Falcone. I can't wait for Nico's. I hope he's a dirty, naughty fellow!!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 21, 2018Deliciously dirty! This book is a fairly quick read but packs a lot of heavy duty steam between the pages. When Zaine comes home from work early to hear moaning coming from his bedroom he follows the sounds. Is his soon to be ex wife here? Why would she be? Pushing the door open he finds their beautiful, young cleaning woman spread out on top of his bed pleasuring herself and moaning his name, in french. When he lets a groan sneak out, her eyes flash open and she's angry he was peeping at her! She was pure sass! They meet again at a dinner party hosted by snotty friends. The night does not end well for Monique.
Monique is from France, french is her first language. She's in the US to learn English hopefully to land a job with an international business teaching children in Africa. It's her dream. She taught school in France. Thinking she would pick up English quicker here, she's a student in ESL and cleans and does odd jobs to make ends meet.
Zaine and his wife had drifted apart, they are also business partners. Zaine has always wanted a family, his wife put her career first, even before him. The split was amicable.
Zaine is taken with Monique, he catches on quickly that because of a problem with a mutual friend, she's lost business. He understands she lives meagerly and her livelihood is dependent on her cleaning jobs. So to keep her, and keep her he offers her money in exchange for their time together. Wow is she angry. When he convinces her that he's not paying her for sex, he's paying for the time they spend together it's more palatable for her. Also knowing she's leaving in two months. She accepts. These two have explosive chemistry. Monique is playful and seductive, yet intelligent. She's a total tease and he teases her right back. I really enjoyed these two together as a couple, not just in the rack. Both intelligent and you could see things getting a little deeper as the time went on. Zaine took a lot of flack from many of his so called friends over her. His attitude was a plus for me, he didn't really care. When their was an incident with one of the women speaking rudely to Monique, she stood up for herself but it was Zaine who finished off the job. Not before Monique got the last word in. As time grew closer to her leaving, Zaine found himself faced with several things, a crap twist to the story courtesy of her ex, and also his feelings for her. Monique had her own things to deal with and took her ESL test early and booked an early return back to France.
The story doesn't end there, but my review does. You have to read the book. Yes this book has steamy sex in abundance. It also has two great characters and a plot! I loved the story! It's well worth the read.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2018So I’ve read enough “erotica” to get that in order to classify for that classification, there’s supposed to be an emphasis on the sexytimes. However, the first 50% of this book was a bit thin on plot and honestly read more like a reader submission to Penthouse Letters. That was as much due to the lacking plot as it was about some of the phrasing/terminology the author used (I won’t go into it here but suffice it to say some of it bordered on the ridiculous).
The story improved vastly in the second half of the book - or should I say, finally appeared. Let's be honest, this book isn't going to win the Nobel Prize for Literature, but it's not the worst thing I've ever read. If you're looking for a book with an emphasis on the sexytimes, this one will certainly fit the bill. Just don't look for any deep character development or amazing/surprising plot developments.
