4.2 out of 5 stars 367 ratings

Women want me. Men want to be me.
The only thing I want is Chelsea.

I'm a rock star. I don't have time for anything else.
Especially not Chelsea. Little Miss Perfect.
A country star with a voice that slays and a body built for sin.
I've been clean for five years, but she won't give me a chance.
Her brother was an addict. She thinks we're all bad.
Someone's out to prove her right.
But Chelsea's mine. Our voices. Our. They're like one.
I was addicted to drugs. Now, I'm addicted to her.
If they go after her, I'll destroy them.
I'm going to prove that bad boys can play nice with good girls.

Will she give me a chance to prove the only drug I need is her?

***Addicted is a 55k words full-length standalone novel with a HEA, no cliffhanger, no cheating, and plenty of steam.

By Zoey Oliver. 5 Stars *****

Wow, I'm kinda speechless, in a good way though. Ian and Chelsea are Amazing in this story!!!

Besides this being one kick ass story about a rock star and country singer and what beautiful music they make together, the core of this book reaches into your heart, mind and soul. With some people past or present addictions will always be a tough topic. The author did a fabulous job weaving in the injustice and unfairness that recovering addicts must face on a daily basis and just how it can either make or break them.

This book will choked you up, make you laugh and feel nostalgic. So Good!

And the bonus sneak peek intro story about Serge...Fantastic

Mature readers, some strong language and sexual content.

I have voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. Reviewer for Nook Books and More Blog.

It's a little sweet, a lot sexy, a little trit, a little corny but it works. I was loving Chelsea and Ian from the beginning, I wish that when the challenge came there was no need for a third party intervention but in the end, that's what friends are for. I loved it enough to get the next book in the series. That says it all right there.

Ian is a recovering addict and Chelsea is a “good girl”… both musicians. They’re put together to raise money for a charity. The chemistry is so good on stage, their label decides to put them together for an album to help boost their sales… Ian feels he has a lot to prove whereas Chelsea went through a past experience where she lost someone due to addictions and his apprehensive. Chemistry is there but is the trust there? It was a good quick read.

Ian is a rock star who was addicted to drugs. He's been clean about 5 years or so. While at a charity event he sees Chelsea who is a country singer and there to perform. They even do some songs together and this has Ian wanting more. Chelsea holds back due to losing her brother to
drug addiction. Their duo was met with great success so they agree to do an album together. That is a big hit as well. With them spending so much time together, Chelsea gets to see a good side of Ian. Their chemistry together is hot so they finally give in and they start their relationship. Chelsea finds something that throws a kink in her trust. Can they work through this or will this be the end?
This book deals with a difficult subject of addiction so may be a trigger for some folks.

The ebook is about an older popular rock n roll singer who is down on this luck and is forced to do some duets at concerts.
Ian Monroe has to sign with Chelsea, a "good girl". The story is excellent as it goes through their partnership. This story is fantastic. But, better yet, the co-authors write three story's wth only one author. The story's were a surprise and at the end of the original. They were all excellent. Couldn't put the book down.

Chelsea lost her brother and her sister is a cancer survivor and Ian is a Rockstar who has a troubled past due to his addiction to drugs but he has been clean and sober for five years. Chelsea’s sister is a cancer survivor so she is happy to sing at the charity auction. This story is compelling, heart breaking and full of angst. Addicted To Each Other

Chelsea is a country singer whose family have survived so much. Her brother, Eric, was a drug addict and died as a result of it and her sister, Mariah, has survived cancer. So Chelsea agrees to do a concert to raise money to support a cancer charity and it is there that she meets Ian, a drug addict who has been clean for over five years and is also a singer but wants to clean up his poor image and help support the charity too, and he is amazed at her voice and her as a whole woman. He was meant to sing with another female singer but she falls ill so Chelsea steps in even though they haven't rehearsed together and they are really liked as a duo. She is instantly attracted to Ian just as he was with her but she doesn't want to break her heart as she knows that he is an addict. But as they work together and see more of each other, can he convince her to give him a chance?? Will they stand a chance? Is this just to clean up his image? Will people support her being with the former addict? To find out you're going to have to get a copy of this must have read and find out! Jess Bentley and Zoey Oliver have done it again as co-authors and created for us readers a terrific story with a fast paced read and is a roller coaster ride of emotions. With fantastic characters and a deep love developing and plenty of passionate scenes that will need your fans set to MAX COOL. I was entertained from first to last page and this is a duo that I will want to read again and again as they are so good. Looking forward to their next novels!

I received a reader's copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.HOWEVER, As I loved it so much - I bought my own copy so that I could re-read it again as it is just so good and to support the authors.

    DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Mir hat die Schreibweise gut gefallen. Auch das Grundgerüst der Story war echt ansprechend.
Leider wurde das Buch ab der Mitte immer schwächer und es konnte nicht vorhersehbarer werden. Schade...
