    Oh my gosh, I totally, absolutely 100% loved this book! I won't go into the plot since there are already 750+ reviews, but I just wanted to throw my two-cents in. For me personally the lead characters can make or break a story, and Mike and Rachel were two of the best! They were so well fleshed and life-like that I couldn't help but fall in love with them. Rachel was strong, courageous and feisty, so I loved seeing her softer more vulnerable side when Mike was around. And Mike aka He-Man as Rachel calls him, was just a gorgeous, sexy, giant softie. These two had hearts of gold and I simply admired and respected the heck out of them. Both were flawed but multi-faceted, and though Rachel carried the heavier baggage and was the more reluctant about getting involved, these two were undoubtedly made for each other. Their connection, desire, need and love was breathtaking and utterly beautiful to watch unfold. And when they finally hit the sheets, geez, they practically set my kindle on fire!

    I really liked the first book in this series but 'She Can Tell' was even better. This had so many delightful characters, including the couple from 'She Can Run' and others that you meet in that story, but some new ones too. The writing was wonderfully done and never dull or boring. This story sucked me in from the first page and not for a single minute did my attention ever waver. It was just a thrilling and intriguing romantic suspense that had the best of both worlds; a beautiful romance and heart pounding suspense. The killer/stalker was a truly creepy individual and though his identity didn't come as a surprise, I was never fully able to pin him down for sure as the culprit either. Overall I think Ms. Leigh has huge potential and I'm excited to watch her grow as an author. I thoroughly look forward to reading the remaining stories in this series and would unquestionably recommend this book to others. Overall I thought it was an incredibly touching and emotionally gripping story that was a joy to read!

I love the author's style of writing, the intensity of the drama, romance and suspense is gripping, and the multitude of twists and turns makes you hold your breath and keeps you sitting on the edge of your seat as you turn the pages. I love the mixture of romance and suspense, it provides a nice balance to the story, and it fills all the reader's senses while taking them on one heck of thrilling roller coaster ride.

    I loved how the character development of Rachel and Mike progresses as the story unfolds. Both are realistic and complex people who the reader can relate to. They draw you into their lives and you can't help but feel for them as the intensity of the threats build, as well as the romance, electricity and passion that develops between them. With engaging and humorous dialogue and interactions; a great secondary cast of characters that add to the storyline, including the cameo appearances of some of the characters from She Can Run; and a wonderful sense of suspense and surprise that keeps the identity of the Watcher a secret until the end; makes She Can Tell a mesmerizing story that romantic suspense fans are sure to love!

Why are strange things happening on the property, graffiti on the barn, dead animals in the pump house, is she being targeted and if so, by whom? There are several interlinked plot lines, with interesting characters that pull you in from the beginning. Can investigators put all the puzzle pieces together before disaster happens? I really enjoyed reading this book and I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

    Die Hauptakteure sind sehr menschlich dargestellt, mit allen emotionalen Höhen und Tiefen, die das Leben so mit sich bringt, allerdings ohne allzuviel Kitsch und unnötige Dramen. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
    Auch, oder gerade, dass keiner von ihnen als perfekt geschildert wurde, sondern sie durchaus auch ihre Fehler haben durften, hat der gesamten Geschichte einen reelen Charakter gegeben.

    Die Spannungselemente waren gut aufgebaut und auch die Liebesgeschichte wurde schlüssig und ausgewogen in den Roman integriert. Somit wurde die Geschichte den Aspekten Romance and Suspense in gleichem Umfang gerecht, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat.

    Die Geschichte war so gut und kurzweilig geschrieben, dass ich mir direkt noch zwei andere Bücher dieser Autorin auf meinen Kindle geladen habe (eine ist bereits fast ausgelesen und begeisterte mich genauso wie diese!).
    Ich kann diese Buch nur empfehlen und freue mich auch bereits auf weitere Geschichten von Melinda Leigh.
