This book contains a collection of principles that can help you achieve a happy life. These principles may sound simple at first glance, but deeper reflection will reveal that they are goals to be diligently striven for and you should forgive yourself the days you fall short of them. As one of our teachers will say “simple, not easy”.

Start applying these ideas to your life and don’t give up if they take some practice. Both the journey and the outcome just might surprise you !
