Born in Duluth MN, Joseph Pillsbury was a part time editorial cartoonist for the Duluth News Tribune and a featured cartoonist in Dragon Magazine through high school all the way into adulthood. His first novel, The Prank, won the 2010 Indy award for Best Young Adult Fiction.

A freelance commercial illustrator who has done work for McDonalds, General Mills, AdWeek, and museum displays all over the country.

Joseph draws and writes one of the longest running web cartoons in history- Bogworld.com. Follow the observations of a little dinosaur transplanted in modern day America. A staple on the internet since the 1990s. Still up and running strong today.

A lifelong fan of Walt Disney and the imagination that sparked the amazing Disney theme parks, Joseph turned his focus to write Actual Factual Magic-The Simplified Guide to Walt Disney World. Applying his unique brand of storytelling and research into a one of a kind book that brings the biggest single vacation destination down to an easy to navigate form.

Coming next, an eco thriller in 2016, and a sequel to The Prank coming after that.

I recall many of these cartoons from the early days of Dragon Magazine; the style, the jokes are very much intertwined in my memories of D&D back in my teen years. So great to get these all collected together.
