Hope and her litter of newborn puppies arrived at a shelter in central Texas, hungry and cold. Due to retaining a bit of placenta, Hope was unable to produce enough milk to feed her babies and they began to pass while at the shelter. Hearing of the situation, BBAR quickly begged for a foster (enter Linda) and got her a ride there the next day. Six pups survived, and after some meds Hope was able to pass the placenta and her milk supply immediately returned. The goats milk, cottage cheese, and good quality puppy food didn’t hurt either! The pups are now four weeks old and in need of supplies. Please consider donating to BBAR or buying a item off this list to be shipped directly to their foster mom!
