I've had this water dispenser for six years and still works like new. Even light bulb over the spigot still works. It still looks new too. No wear on the buttons and they all work fine. I love the heated water on demand and the chilled water is nice and cold with no need for ice. I use in my home. We go through two 5 gallon bottles a week. The bottom loading feature is a must have. No spills, no feats of strength to replace the bottle. Absolutely zero issues. Meets and exceeds all expectations.

There are so many water dispensers available and so many reviews that vary from great to terrible. My tap water is funky so I was buying water bottles and big jugs of water which is so wasteful.
I purchased this water dispenser for the price and the majority of good reviews. I was also adamant about buying a dispenser that was bottom loading.
The noise it makes never bothers me. The majority of the time it does not make any noise, however, during those times that it is making noise, it is relatively quiet.
I love that it has a dispenser for hot, cold, and room temperature water. I have had this dispenser for about a year and have not had any issues with the water temperatures.
I love that it's bottom loading because the 5 gallon jugs are so heavy and I have no interest in trying to lift one to place on a dispenser. I can easily slide the jug up the little "ramp" it has and push it into place.

I had a local service who was 100% unreliable, so I decided to buy one outright, and give this a try.
Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase. Packaged beautifully, safely, and reliable. Not heavy at all to lift/slide around in the durable, and sturdy packaging. Delivered on time, and very quick and easy set up.
Primo Water is available Nation Wide at any and all grocery store locations, hardware stores, etc. This is how I found them in the first place, online. It's $14.00 for a 5 Gallon jug that you slide into the water dispenser, and then if you want refills at certain locations, it's $7.00 for a refill. This is the price around me, and I live in PA.
The machine itself is self explanatory, and if you have an issue with setting anything up, it comes with very specific instructions that took me less than five minutes to have it all up and running. For the Price, you truly can not beat having your own water dispensing system, all the while saving on plastic bottles/waste.
I would check in your area first, and make sure you also have Primo Water Jugs close by that you can pick up/refill though. I Do Not know if this product can support other 5 Gallons Jugs of water besides Primo.

My family and I love this water cooler!! I read the reviews before I bought it and some of them said they had leaking issues with their cooler, so I was hesitant but thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I did because this is a great cooler and works well! It will be 1 year this summer that we have had it and we have had no leaking from it at all. We love that you can get room temperature water, cold water, or hot water from one cooler, and you don't have to look at the ugly bottle sitting on top of the machine! It is quiet until the bottle is almost empty and then you hear a gurgling, but that is easily fixed but putting in a new bottle! I also love the light on this cooler because it makes a great night light for the kitchen!
07/02/17 UPDATE: Sadly my cooler stopped cooling the water and then started leaking water all over my floor (thankfully I have tile floor in the kitchen!). The cooler stopped working the end of June 2017 which means I had only been using this cooler for 11 months!! I contacted the seller and reported this issue. The response from the seller was basically, sorry about your luck but we only offer a 30 day warranty! Really a 30 day warranty on this type of product is absolutely ridiculous!! So now I have had to purchase another water cooler and went with the Self-Cleaning Whirlpool Bottom Load Water Cooler which had excellent reviews!! I read all the reviews on the Primo Cooler but chose to ignore the reviews talking about a leaking cooler, and thought that wouldn't happen to me! HA, the joke was on me!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF JUNK WATER COOLER UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!! :-(

We have had it for a few months. I love that it self sanitizes! Love that it is only one spout and love that you can turn OFF both hot, cold and cool water and have literally room temperature water as is better on your body to drink room temp water. The main reason we got it is for the bottom loading so there is no lifting and that it self sanitizes. We get our water from a reverse osmosis kiosk up the street. I do think it comes out as a slight trickle and takes a bit to fill a 32oz water bottle for running. The buttons on top seem flimsy but haven’t broken. They do stick somewhat but it was so worth getting. Love how sleek it looks in our kitchen and that we can turn the night light off during the day.

Very happy with this purchase after using it for several months. We used to have a top-loading water dispenser, but it was difficult for kids to change the water bottle. This one worked perfectly right out of the box. It's nice looking and easy to use. Anyone can change the water bottles. I read some reviews talking about the noise, but it is minimal. The pump hums when dispensing water, but that's the only noise. Water dispenses about 75% as fast as a top-loading dispenser, but it's not a big deal. It's plenty fast. Cold water is cold and hot water is hot. It leaves about 8 oz of water in each bottle because the intake hose cannot quite empty it. I just pour it into the dog bowl when I change the bottle, not a big deal.

Pros: excellent space saving water cooler for any space. Has options for hot or cold water. Bottom loading is hassle free. Just open the door and slide in the pump tube and the the water bottle. It is super quiet.
The only con is when the water bottle is empty but the reserve has water in it, it tends to leak. How to fix the problem: take out the empty bottle, push blue (cols water button while bottle is under the spout to drain the reserve.
