Horrific Customer Service: Don't Buy !!!

Horrific Customer Service: Don't Buy !!!
I bought this one to replace a 15-year old Black-and-Decker tower fan that was white to start and now is yellowish brown and noisy after years of use. It still works but I thought to try the Quietset for a change. The white color is what I bought and it has 5-speeds.The Good:- Timer has 1, 2, 4, and 8 hour settings- Easy assembly because the 4 metal screws all have plastic knobs on them. No screw drivers needed.- Very quiet at the two lower speeds compared to many other models but not dead silent of course- It is the quietest w/o oscillation- Some fans might be slightly quieter than this model, but you need to pay double- Higher two speeds are pretty powerful but loud also- Space-saving and nice-looking- Pretty good height for this tower- One-year warranty is nice; you MUST keep your original receipt and/or register your purchaseNot As Good:- Remote has only 3 buttons, without the timer button (strange)- Blue lights on panel are dim- Even at the lowest speed, at times you could hear something similar to a "click" sound when it oscillates- At times you could hear something is vibrating inside the tower when the room is quiet- On one occasion the noise from oscillating was louder than normal, and I turned it off and turned it back on to eliminate the noise- More than one time, the vibration noise was so annoying at the lowest speed that I turned to the highest speed and back to eliminate the vibration nose. This is annoying because I only used the two lowest speeds. But without oscillation this vibration noise doesn't exist- Whenever you push a button on the panel, the whole tower wobbles. It is best to always use remote, but when you use the timer, you had not choice but to push the timer button on the tower- The more you push the buttons on the fan panel, the more the tower would wobble and in the long run something might get loose and the fan might get noisier prematurely- The 3-button-only remote bothers me the most otherwise I would have given a 5-star rating- My old tower fan has 5 buttons so I never need to touch or push any buttons on the fan- Tower fans are hard to clean out the dust trapped inside, they cumulate and cost more noise eventually during oscillationUpdate on June 27, 2016:This unit has developed a squeaky noise even the power is set at the lowest level the "Sleep" setting. The squeaky sound is fairly loud (louder than the fan itself at "Sleep" setting) and very very annoying when I sleep. The way to stop the squeaky sound is to NOT using the oscillating feature. Today I called the manufacturer but they offered only one solution to me: Since my fan is still under warranty, I need to send the whole fan back to them at my own expense, then they will send me a brand new one. With the cost of everything nowadays, I guess the mailing will cost me another $20.00 minimum to send back the fan (which weights about 8 lbs.) when I spent only about $40.00 to buy it. That is to say the cost of this fan would cost me 50% more should I choose to send it in for a replacement. Is it cost effective this way? I doubt it. What happens if the new replacement squeaks the same, if not worst? What the heck? Therefore I have taken another star away 'cuz the unacceptable post-sale customer service. I guess I will keep the fan and try not to use the oscillating feature when I sleep. I'd like everyone to know the lousy customer service and warranty by Honeywell and stay away from its products. Thank you, Honeywell! That's my experience with this 5-speed Honeywell Quietset Tower Fan. I bought it at the local Target store. Three photos are attached with this review. (I also bought a regular 16" Honeywell Quietset 5-speed stand fan but it is still in the box.) Thanks.
