The bowl never reached the correct temperature and therefore did not rotate. I called Amazon support right away and they told me that this machine is not returnable and that I should contact the manufacturer. After reaching out to the manufacturer, they told me to reach out to Amazon. I've been stuck in a limbo and have not received any real support and realize now that I am stuck with a defective unit that will most likely be going into the trash. Absolutely terrible experience.
