Staedtler Noris Digital Samsung Pencil

The STAEDTLER Noris digital is an adaptation of a traditional pencil, but has the cutting-edge technology of an S Pen. This ergonomic pencil, made from the innovative WOPEX material, makes it comfortable and easy to use with digital devices. The external features of the Noris digital for Samsung are also just right: the innovative WOPEX material casing around the EMR tip ensures a velvety yet non-slip feel and an excellent grip.

The key component of the Noris digital for Samsung is its innovative tip made by technology specialists WACOM. It uses electromagnetic resonance technology (EMR) to maximise writing comfort. The tablet creates an electromagnetic field that interacts with the tip, so that the tablet always knows the exact location of the point of the pencil. The STAEDTLER Noris digital for Samsung does not need a battery, and therefore does not need to be charged. It works with all Samsung S Pen-compatible devices.

    Great S Pen

    Great S Pen
First I must confess to being an S Pen addict, the Staedtler Noris Digital pen sparked my curiosity thinking it was just a novelty, however the price is somewhat cheaper than the current S Pen. Curiosity won the day and I ordered one, first impressions it looks and feels exactly like the shape everyone is familiar with, approximately 1 1/2 inches longer than the S Pen supplied with the Galaxy Tab S3 it also comes with a protective cap for when not in use. Testing it works great on the tab S3 I do believe that I can write a little faster with the Staedtler pen guessing this is due to the very familiar shape. The only con comparing to a regular S Pen is that the Staedtler pen does not have the extra button.I have also tested it on a Galaxy Note 4 phone and a Galaxy Note 8 tablet in both cases one needs to remove the S Pen first to be able to use the Staedtler pen in both cases it worked great. I have attached a pic to show the lengths of the Staedtler pen compared to the Tab S3 S Pen, Note 8 S Pen and Note 4 S Pen. Would recommend.Update.The Staedtler Noris Digital pen is now being supplied with a packet of spare nibs and tweezers for replacing the nibs. Also the pen works perfectly on a Samsung Chromebook Plus.
