I usually bought rice from the Japanese market in the U.S.Most of the Japanese rice sold in the Japanese market of the U.S. is a Japanese variety grown in the United States, so actually not real Japanese rice. But this rice is grown and harvested in Japan. This rice was excellent. Each grain of rice was solid. The water content of rice was not very high compared to other Japanese rice, (Koshihikari)but I think it was well-balanced rice that goes well with many dishes. (However, the rice has a sufficient amount of water) I think it was also suitable for sushi. The price was not cheap, but the quality of the rice was worth it. And the support of the seller was solid. A manual for this rice was included in the delivered box, and I felt a passion for the rice.
