I bought this book to add to my library of hunting material. It's been a good read and it's fun cracking it out in July/August to get geared up for the hunting season. It's nicely laid out and easy to read and follow. There are some good tips and methods that have proven to be effective. I'm sure an expert hunter would laugh while reading this but for the sportsman/weekend warrior type, it's a good one to have.

Excellent recommendations for both bow and gun hunters. Much of the tips are review for me. However, some advice is new and practical to use in the field. Good book for both novice and expert! Also, nice hardback cover.

I learned fair amount from this book. I am just a novice hunter but even the most veteran hunter will learn a tip or two from this book. I'm 49 and just started hunting last year after I got a good buy on an antique rifle. I originally went hunting just for excuse to shot 100 year-old rifle, but found it exciting and excellent form of exercise.

I got this for my boyfriend who is an avid hunter! Well it was an absolute hit! He already had other hunting books, but he tells me that this is one of the best by far! Lots of stuff he's never heard of OR read in any other book! And I personally flipped through it and it's extremely well written and organized!!! We are 100% satisfied : )
