We LOVED this pacifier! I know it says to replace after a few months but it took a year for me to notice any stickiness or wear on this thing. It was super squishy and my son who is a belly sleeper could sleep with it without knocking it out of his mouth constantly. He would only suck on this and the Bibs pacifiers but if I let him choose he would choose this one. After a year of using it I finally threw it away when it got sticky but he only used it at night and during naps. It never had any tears or wear on it. In fact my second son used it for a few times before I put it in storage for 2.5 years. I thought it was too long of a nipple, I thought "what newborn baby would suck on this?". He just didn't like pacifiers. I was going to get rid of it but I thought I'd give it a wash and see if my third son would like it and he did, right away! And after washing, it still looked good so we kept it. A great gift for someone who is going to be breastfeeding or naturally minded. If I have another child I'll be getting another.
