    What an amazingly well written story. It was raw and gritty and sweet. Rawson, reincarnated as cupid has to help people to fall in love to determine his future. The problem, he doesn't believe in love anymore. With the help of Oath and Ysabelle, Rawson will be forced to face his inner demons to have his HEA. This is a very different love story that had so many feels.

    This was the first book by Alora Kate that I have had the pleasure of reading. I've been meaning to make time for a very long time, but you know how life gets in the way. When there was all the buzz going around about her last release, A Flaw So Beautiful - I really made a mental note to get to reading, but still was having trouble juggling things.

    I was excited when I realized I might have some time to slowly read this and delve into it. It was such a different story than I've ever heard, read, or thought Alora might write. A very interesting concept that I do not want to give away. It was a very slow build, the kind that burns in your gut until it makes it's way up your stomach and then eventually into your throat. There is nothing wrong with this at all, that was just the pacing for me.

    I enjoyed Oath's character the most. I liked her gift and humor.

    In some ways, because I'm such a romantic at heart, I would have loved to have seen more of that -- but at the core of this, this was Rawson's story, and it was told very thoroughly. I appreciate that.

    I think this was her first paranormal story, and I think it's pretty awesome she could come up with such an interesting backstory. Way to go, Alora!

Author Alora Kate takes you through a journey with the character of Rawson who does not believe he deserves to go to heaven but go to hell. This is a book about second chances for him and what he will do with what he has been given? I hope to read more of her books. This was one-page​ turner after the next! Bravo!
