    This captures a whole moment in time rather perfectly in just 18 minutes. It covers sexual curiosity & awakening in a time where it was all done a little differently. It's real, relatable & more than a little humorous. The moment when the tutor gets caught is priceless. Also, I personally prefer monogamy in what I watch, but that bit at the end was so darned cheeky & typical of a horny teenager that I loved all of this. I highly recommend this.

    Guys, don't get my wrong; the description did not lie: it is a sexy Spanish comedy, a coming of age film, however... it is but 18 minutes long! 18 minutes! That is something I think one should know before you decide to buy it, wouldn't you?! Of course, if I had taken the time to look it up on IMDB I would have known. But now yóu know! And it is up to you if you think $12,50 is worth the 18 minutes. It does include two short interviews with director Antonio Hens and lead Israel Rodriguez, which together are longer than the actual film... Still, I appreciate for Anus films to have restored this little gem to blu-ray.

    I liked this short film. As one reviewer said it brought back memories of a time gone by. There are a couple things about this short that would be somewhat different if it were here in the States. I don't want to say too much and give the short away (even though my headline kind of does), but the first thing that is different that I'd like to comment on is the mall cruising. Yes! That used to be a huge thing back in the day. Cruising mall restrooms and such. But! Now! Especially here in the States - that kind of activity is all but dead. Reason? There are camera's and undercover police officers all over public places and especially malls and public transportation. Not just to catch gay men cruising, but for other reasons as well ... drug trafficking, human trafficking, etc. etc. That kind of cruising today, if caught, could ruin a persons life ... because if caught, the person most certainly will be carted off to jail, and then the shaming! They'll put the person's name, address, occupation and picture on the news and in the papers. Then there is the expense of hiring an attorney to defend the person and get him out of jail. It may be the same in Europe now. Or maybe in some European cities, I really don't know. But over here in the States, that kind of activity now, is risky at best, and very dangerous. Judging from the young man, it didn't seem like a big concern.

    The other aspect I'd like to comment on would be the tutor. All I can say is that American parents in that situation would be sending that tutor to Jail. Situations like that with adults and minors litter the news headlines! Just turn on your local news broadcast. I'm certain you'll hear and see stories of teachers or coaches, or adults who were caught having sex, or sending inappropriate pictures, texts, etc. to minors / students. The end result is usually the same no matter what the occupation. Jail time, and registration as a sex offender. In the film, the young man says he's 18 ... however, he's still in high school or their equivalent to our high school system here in the U.S. So, over here in some States that's considered institutional rape, even though the person is 18, he's still in an institution of education. That also brings me to comment that, admitting that he's 18, over here in the States, would have definitely been a trip to jail because he is considered an adult. Just as laws differ from State to State over here, clearly laws differ from country to country. There are two fantastic films on Amazon Prime Video that back up my point to what would happen, or what could happen, and sometimes usually does happen when doing things like in this short. The first is another short called: CAUGHT. Watch it, and I rest my case. Another is called: THE FALL OF 1955. Both are very good testaments to America's attitude to this sort of behavior. Then and now.
