Paola Westbeek is a food, wine and travel journalist with a huge passion for all things French and Dutch.     I've followed this writer and chef for a while now on Instagram and could not be more excited when she announced her book! I just love her style of writing! Reading through some of the recipes, I was immediately transported to France. I cannot wait to try some out this weekend!!
