I'm a bookaholic and I crush hard on my book boyfriends and their authors. Some might call me obsessive, but I disagree. That word really doesn't do justice to how crazy I get when it comes to something I'm passionate about. I'm not afraid to go fangirl on you, so don't test me.

I love Blake. So much. I want to be her when I grow up. She is who she is and if you don't like it then you know where the door is.
CJ is a brooding alpha who has been through a lot. There's nothing better than a damaged man! Ok.. that sounded kinda strange but I think you get my meaning?
Have I mentioned that I cried while reading this? No, I don't think I have.. but I did cry. Quite a bit actually..
Anyone who knows me know that I love Jenn Hype's writing style, it's unique and fun.
The character developments are astonishing, I love how each person has their own story and I'm excited to read more from them.
The storyline... wow. It packs a punch. It's hilarious yet emotional, it'll suck you in from the first page.
I cannot recommend this book enough. It is definitely one of my favourite book of hers.. in fact, it's probably one of my favourite books ever.
I wish I could buy this book for everyone and get them all to jump on the crazy Hype Train with me.
A massive 5 stars from me. Go and buy it! You know you want to!

Excellent story telling. Thoroughly enjoyed the character development and was pleased with the logical plot development. The quotes at the beginning of each chapter were great choices and were equally as good as the story. I give this four plus stars and if the verb tenses were correct it would be a five star book. Humor is particularly challenging to pull off and this author kept me laughing out loud. Thank you to the author for offering this book free. I want to read more and will.

Omg let me just say hilarious! I couldn't put this book down. Jenn has done it again with another great story with many laughs, lots of fun, and romance.

Blake is crazy as in, we're wondering what she's taking and can I have some? She is by far my favorite character of all Jenn's books. She's funny, whitty, crazy, and all around full of life. She's the perfect girl to bring the dark and broody CJ out of his shell and start feeling again. I couldn't stop laughing at how she just takes the reigns. But like any story, there is some drama. And CJ is a man you learn to love. His past has haunted him and finally Blake starts to show him how to love again.

I cannot wait to see who is next :)

The story Simply Crazy (Jaded Series Book 1) by Jenn Hype is a romantic comedy book. This is a book that starts off with a bang and doesn’t let up until the last page. It is the story of two people whose first meeting will have you laughing out loud. From that scene forward begins a journey that will have you wondering just what could happen next. At first, one of them just wants the other to go away. He will do everything in his power to make this happen. She has now become friends with his sisters and his mother. What happens next you have to read to believe.

This is the second book I have read by the author and I have to say that she is amazing! She has the ability to weave a story that had me doubled over with laughter part of the time and also truly hoping for this couple to find a happy ending. There are scenes that will touch your heart and others that will make you concerned with the character’s safety. This couple’s story is complicated. He is haunted by what he has seen in the past and tries to forget. He doesn’t want to deal with the pain. She is a person who has never been one to easily make friends. She fears rejection. That doesn’t keep her from saying what is on her mind. She doesn’t have a filter for what she says and it makes for some very hilarious situations. In the beginning, I wasn’t sure how this couple could get together. Then as their story progressed I began to understand why they act the way they do. They both find they have an attraction to each other. Will they take the time to get to know each other instead of pushing each other away? What does the future hold for this couple? Will they end up in each other’s arms? Read this book to find out the answers! This is the first book in a series and I can’t wait to read the next one.

Oh my, I really enjoyed this book! The characters were great, it was sexy and it gave me all the feels. There was just enough 'drama' to make the story meaty. There were crazy laughable antics but it wasn't ridiculous, it was really enjoyable. And CJ was a great character too, he had depth.
This was so enjoyable for me, I bought the next two in the series.
CJ's family (his mom and sisters) were wonderful supporting characters too.

Be cautioned though, there is a side story (Blake's sister) that involves domestic abuse

CJ was so uptight that he and Blake were like oil and water but they made it work. There were some obvious editing errors that kept me from giving this a 5 star review but still an fun and easy read (with some finger biting angst thrown in for good measure) with a HEA.

Good story with loveable characters. I gave a 3 star rating do to having to fast forward through a lot the inner dialogue. There was just too much that it became annoying. Some of the incidents just didn’t add up where details were left out or just too unrealistic. The main one at the end where 6 wks after a near death beating and theee wks in a coma , she’s out playing paintball. The story has the potential to be great just wasn’t there for me.

If the main heroine is a reflection of the author I want to be her new best friend. Jenn Hype is a new author to me but after reading Simply Crazy, I'm so glad that I've discovered her books. This story was crazy right from the start and there were plenty of laugh out moments, especially if Blake was involved. She spoke without thinking and Blake is the sort of girl I'd love to have as a friend. She's the opposite of CJ who isn't quite sure what to think of her when he first meets his new neighbour and she pretty much forces her way into his life.

Whilst Simply Crazy is a romance, it also includes a few surprises that you don't see coming and are left feeling shocked. Not everything is as it seems! This story is about self-discovery and loving yourself no matter what; something some of us could take note of. The characters in this book are great and I can't wait to see what Jenn Hype has planned for them in this series but I know their stories will be just as great.
