This was on par with the tahini I used to buy from a casual Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern Restaurant and market.
Their dishes knocked it out of the park for cheap. Never knew exactly where the guy was from. He had Christian iconography and clearly suffered brutal persecution from his home country, so i never had the courage to ask him about his homeland. Don't let relentless, subversive American progressives/Communists tell you America isn't great.
That being said, this is thin easy to mix and remix and has the shortness flavor profile that I appreciate of good tahini. If you are used to thicker tahini, this is such a joy to remix and throw dinner together, quickly.
Way better in flavor and value than you can buy at at your common supermarket.
