Works great for screws that get pretty hot. I used it on the threads of some stainless steel screws on equipment that gets up to 270C. It keeps the screws from galling or seizing. It's a silvery gray color that will get everywhere on your hands and make a big mess if you use too much of it. So use it sparingly just on the threads you want to keep from galling or seizing up. The brush that comes in the can is really more for very large bolts. For smaller screws (10-32 or 1/4-20) I just smear a small dab down the length of the threads of one bolt, and then use another identical bolt held parallel to the first bolt to roll it around the threads of both bolts at the same time to distribute it evenly around the threads of both bolts. That way you wind up with two bolts with just enough anti-seize to work, spread out evenly onto both bolts, instead of a huge mess of excess anti-seize. Avoid getting it onto surfaces that need to stay looking clean. It's not easy to clean off.
