For many years I have made my own counter cleanser out of vinegar, orange peels, and other natural ingredients. It was inexpensive, worked well, but it also made a fairly sharp odor that not everybody appreciated. I finally gave in to give this Better Life version a try.

I like that it comes with a main bottle and refill, so it is saving on containers. I like that it's natural and pet-safe. We have pets we take careful care of. I want to make sure anything they walk on or potentially lick from is going to be OK for them.

The cleaner works quite well and does its job. It has a lovely scent.

My main complaint is that the big bottle is fairly heavy and therefore not easy for me to use. One time I dropped it by accident - not from too far up - and the top spray nozzle shattered. We had another replacement nozzle from something else, so we were able to fix it, but I don't have this problem with the other spray containers we use around the kitchen and house. Now I'm going to have to buy a smaller container to put the cleaner into, to use this better. I'm not sure why the main sprayer has to be a full 32oz one.

Other than that, though, I'm very pleased with the cleaner itself. Well recommended.
